About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of our ESG business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our ESG solutions and drive new lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with the ESG business plan.
  • Deploy a mix of traditional and modern marketing tactics to enhance our digital marketing capabilities.
  • Responsible for reporting marketing ROI and making recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various ISS STOXX teams.
Requirements
  • University degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Substantial experience in leading brand and B2B multi-channel marketing programs.
  • Relevant Financial Services industry experience strongly preferred with focus on managing financial products & services.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, communication, and writing skills.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver with deep commercial awareness.
  • Experience with sales enablement and/or marketing technology platforms.
