Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Guest Experience Planning and Events Executive to join our team at Cunard. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various events and activities across our fleet, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and respond to event inquiries from internal and external clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring all clients understand our services.
  • Develop and maintain a yearly event planner to highlight all on-board activities scheduled on each ship.
  • Create event proposals that meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
  • Support seasonal planning and other ad-hoc Guest Experience activities.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and administrative skills. As a Guest Experience Planning and Events Executive, you will be responsible for working closely with our on-board and shoreside teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
