About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Pharmacy Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and working closely with our Pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
- Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery
- Work closely with Pharmacists to deliver high-quality patient care, including blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes, and other services
- Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and work to them to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and bring them to the store for collection
About You
We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about helping people. You should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you should be able to multitask and work well under pressure.
