As a key member of the Quality Control Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of raw materials and finished products in line with Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, and the Trust's own operating guidelines.
Main Responsibilities- Perform technical and analytical work to the satisfaction of the Pharmacy Quality Control Laboratory Manager within the Quality Control Laboratory (QC) of the Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit (PMU).
- Carry out the testing of raw materials, packaging components, pharmaceutical specials, product licensed items, and items under development, as well as the associated environments in which they are made.
- Confirm that quality control operations are performed in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice, Good Manufacturing Practice, Marketing Authorisations, and Licences held, ensuring that manufactured medicinal products are fit for their intended use and comply with the requirements of the marketing authorisation.
