About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Pharmacy Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and working closely with our Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery
  • Work closely with the Pharmacist to deliver patient services, including blood pressure checks and stop smoking schemes
  • Develop an understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and work to them to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries and bring them to the store for collection

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about delivering great results. You should have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will be responsible for working with your team to deliver high-quality patient services and providing excellent customer service.
