About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Pharmacy Colleague to join our team at Asda Stores Ltd. As a Pharmacy Colleague, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing prescriptions, and working closely with our Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their medication in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our Pharmacist to deliver high-quality patient services, including blood pressure checks, stop smoking schemes, and medicines use reviews.
  • Develop an understanding of our Standard Operating Procedures and work to them to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.
  • Collect prescriptions from doctors' surgeries on behalf of customers and bring them to the store for collection.

About You

We are looking for someone who is naturally friendly, highly organized, and passionate about delivering great results. You will have good computer skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to work well under pressure and as part of a team to deliver high-quality patient services.
