About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Quality Matron to join our Estates, Facilities and PFI Division at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will provide a highly visible and supportive presence within the organisation, acting as the interface between operational services and clinical colleagues.

Main Responsibilities

As a Quality Matron, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical expertise and leadership to the Estates, Facilities and PFI Division
  • Developing and implementing service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and experience
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve divisional objectives
  • Leading and managing others to deliver high-quality services
  • Measuring and evaluating outcomes to secure improvement
