We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Authority for Process Engineering to join our team at Yorkshire Water. As a key member of our process engineering department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our water treatment processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in process engineering, with a strong background in chemical engineering and process safety management. You will be responsible for identifying and assuring compliance with relevant regulatory obligations, defining policy, technical strategy, technical standards, procedures, business processes, and providing best practice guidance in relation to your specific discipline.

You will also have significant experience in managing and leading a team, with a proven track record of driving sustainable performance against challenging business targets. Additionally, you will have experience in business planning, resource, and budget management, as well as strategic thinking and establishing clear strategic direction.

We are looking for someone who is a chartered engineer with membership of a UK engineering institute, such as the IChemE. You will also need a degree qualification in chemical engineering or a related field.
