Engineering and Operations Role

March Engineering invites applications for the position of Maintenance and Troubleshooting Specialist, reporting directly to the Engineering Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving packaging machinery and systems within our factory.

The successful candidate will have a proven background in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex equipment, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. They will also possess strong leadership skills to help drive a proactive approach and overall productivity of the team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Routine maintenance and repair of packaging machinery.
  • Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues on packaging equipment.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to optimize production processes.
  • Development of maintenance schedules and plans.

Salary Details: The estimated salary for this role is approximately £58,000 - £68,000 per year, plus a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic company.
