About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance and Troubleshooting Specialist to join our operations department at March Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving packaging machinery and systems within our factory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong leadership skills to help drive a proactive approach and overall productivity of the team.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on packaging machinery.
  • Diagnostics and repair of faults on packaging equipment.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to optimize production processes.
  • Development of maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Monitoring equipment performance to identify areas for improvement.

Compensation Package: This role comes with a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 - £70,000 per year, along with benefits and career growth opportunities in a thriving company.
