About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge & Security Assistant to join our team at Riverside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an initial point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Implement and maintain night security systems, ensuring the overall safety and security of our schemes.
  • Respond to faults and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor access to schemes and visitors, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies and practices.
  • Carry out domestic tasks, such as cleaning communal areas, to a high standard.
  • Effective recording of information and reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a client.
  • Reporting repairs to maintenance contractors by using appropriate systems.
  • Ensure culture and diversity issues for the clients are considered at all times, and report any forms of discrimination.
  • Promote and encourage a high level of client involvement, consultation and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrate IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
  • Desirable: Experience of providing direct care to a diverse group of customers.
