About the Role

Riverside is a leading housing association that enhances the everyday for all its customers. We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge & Security Liaison to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the initial point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Implement and maintain night security systems to ensure the overall safety and security of our schemes.
  • Monitor access to schemes and visitors, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
  • Meet the requirements of health and safety policies and practices, reporting incidents and anti-social behaviour promptly.
  • Carry out domestic tasks to a high standard, maintaining communal areas and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Effective recording of information, implementing policies and procedures to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Advises management promptly of any signs of problems or concerns about a client.
  • Reporting repairs to maintenance contractors using appropriate systems.
  • Ensure culture and diversity issues for the clients are considered at all times, and report any forms of discrimination.
  • Promote and encourage a high level of client involvement, consultation and communication.

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrate IT skills, including basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn specific IT systems used within Riverside.
  • Desirable: Experience of providing direct care to a diverse group of customers.
