Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy Position

We are seeking an exceptional Lecturer in Counselling and Psychotherapy to join our teaching team at Birkbeck University of London. As a leading institution in the field, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training in counselling and psychotherapy.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and develop curriculum on counselling and psychotherapy programmes
- Contribute to research and knowledge transfer activities
- Work with trainee counsellors and psychotherapists on placements
- Develop and implement teaching methods and strategies
- PhD in a related subject
- Proven record of publishing high-quality research
- Experience in teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
- Understanding of Birkbeck's principles of widening participation
