Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and quality in our food production processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimise hygiene standards through the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Cleaning in Place (CIP) protocols.
- Improve quality performance by maintaining optimum hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Enhance yield performance by optimising hygiene standards, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
- Nurture a high-performing workforce by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of employees by maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of health and safety.
- Ensure compliance with COSHH regulations, Health and Safety policies, and company procedures.
- Hold a valid HACCP Level 2 certification and be trained in Fire Marshal procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Hygiene Manager in a food production environment.
- Extensive supervisory experience, with a proven track record of improving hygiene and quality standards.
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, CIP protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and safety.
