Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing safe and effective nursing care to patients, either face-to-face or via telephone triage
  • Acting as a professional role model and undertaking a telephone/video consultation using computer software
  • Documenting consultation notes accurately and timely to allow for suitable emergency referral and intervention
  • Sharing and utilising areas of specialist practice with peers and colleagues to inform and enhance patient care
  • Facilitating continuous quality improvement audit process
