Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead to join our client in Barrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a challenging role that involves driving quality and environmental improvements across all departments.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have experience in managing surveillance of the Quality Management system and reporting at business quality review. You will also be involved in generating and presenting the annual management review, reviewing relevant Environmental legislation, and introducing ISO 45001.

Key Accountabilities
  • Responsible for approvals, including first off article inspection reports
  • Manage quality control KPIs for both product and process
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring all stakeholders are involved and informed
  • Review all relevant Environmental legislation to ensure continuing compliance
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and devise suitable preventative actions
  • Hold IOSHH/NEBOSH qualification (PCN Level 2 DPI & Visual & MPI inspection qualifications optional)
