About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team at KeTech. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality management and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of quality policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize non-conformities.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Quality Assurance or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.

Location: Preston or Nottingham.
