Clearfield Ltd is seeking a talented Construction Compliance Expert to join their team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with building regulations and delivering exceptional results to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site inspections, reviewing plans, and identifying areas of non-compliance. You will also work closely with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building control and a proven track record of success in ensuring compliance with building regulations. You will be self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The salary for this role is up to £65,000 per annum, plus benefits package, including £300 car allowance, mileage reimbursements, company bonus scheme, regular salary reviews and appraisals, work-from-home flexibility, and more.
