Job Overview: The Primary Care Paramedic Lead will be responsible for coordinating urgent care services and responding to patients' needs in a timely and efficient manner. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinically assess and treat patients with minor illnesses and injuries
- Manage telephone triage and coordinate referrals as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure quality and best practice
Requirements:
- Paramedic Registration with the HCPC
- Proven experience in primary care or emergency services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to attend meetings and training sessions as required
Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
