About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) team. As a key member of our marketing operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lead management processes to support growth marketing programs and activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building and implementing lead management processes, with a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our EMEA Lead Management Specialists and other marketing operations analysts to ensure that our lead management processes are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lead management processes to ensure a direct and real-time connection between AWS customers and business development reps.
  • Partner with EMEA Lead Management Specialists to develop EMEA best practices across lead management and roll out established ones across EMEA.
  • Transform customer insights into projects, features, and processes.
  • Work with the global lead management team to define and improve lead scoring across all customer segments.
  • Collaborate and develop weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews pertinent to lead management and present findings and recommendations to the marketing and sales leadership teams.
  • Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, while also stepping back to understand the broader context.
  • Act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert on lead management processes.
  • Partner with EMEA Lead Management Specialists, Business Intelligence/Data Science, and EMEA Finance Business Partner to develop lead conversion and marketing pipeline (resulting from lead generation) forecasts and goals/KPIs.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization, preferably in high-tech products/services/consulting.
  • Superb analytical skills using data to generate insights and problem-solve.
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects.
  • Ability to communicate business problems in a simple and data-backed narrative format.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of and/or experience working with lead management processes related to marketing activities and the interlock with sales teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Operations/Finance/Economics/Analytics or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across business areas.
