We are proud to be launching a new clinical partnership with Everyturn Mental Health and Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust to support individuals and communities across Whitehaven and Copeland.

About the Opportunity

You will have the opportunity to lead our Mental Health Transformation Service team to deliver person-centred housing related support and create a positive work environment for our colleagues.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the delivery of our brand new service which combines specialist health, social care and community services to revolutionise mental health care provision.
  2. Lead a skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that meet our contractual obligations.
  3. Serve as the Safeguarding Lead for the service, ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users.
  4. Evaluate and implement Health and Safety checks and risk assessments to maintain accurate records.
  5. Design and implement ongoing learning programmes for staff development within the service.
Essential Requirements
  1. Proven experience of delivering support in a housing or care setting.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in people management.
  3. Experience of managing multiple services and/or managing managers.
