Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics offers a challenging and rewarding career opportunity as a Completions Lead in our PPP consortium at Sellafield. This role requires a high level of expertise in commissioning and completions, with a strong focus on ensuring smooth transitions from construction phase through to commissioning and handover.

The estimated salary for this role is £**65,000 - 80,000** per annum, depending on experience. You will also benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pay, excellent training opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

As a Completions Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing Omega PIMS
  • Maintaining world-class safety standards in specialist areas of expertise
  • Identifying opportunities to improve commissioning/completions from a cost/efficiency/eco point of view

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in construction or engineering
  • Significant experience in commissioning/completions, ideally with Omega PIMS or implementing a new completions system
  • Exceptional communication and planning skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
