Senior Business Development Manager

**Job Overview**
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling the CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services in Midlands and East of England.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified Key Accounts
- Work with and influence all external stakeholders in defined regions/accounts to drive sales and profit of CTHC brands
- Key activities include sales-focussed work, local/regional market access work, and leadership without authority of contract sales team colleagues
- Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and management to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts
- Consistently communicate with all relevant personnel on business objectives and provide detailed contact reports
- Work to set call rate guidelines as identified by management and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system
- Achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management
**Requirements**
- Degree or equivalent
- Demonstrate good business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
- Ideally experience in Biosimilars and or Biologics sales
- Team player
- Good verbal, numerical, and negotiating skills
- ABPI accreditation
- Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
