Business Development Manager

Ambition Europe Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Dispute Resolution team. This is a unique and varied role requiring excellent teamworking and communication skills, as well as the ability to build strong and trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders across the firm.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a focused marketing and business development strategy to strengthen client relationships, target new work, and enhance the firm's global reputation.
- Collaborate with lawyers to compose and manage compelling proposals, including pitches and RFP responses, often with a fast turnaround.
- Produce and manage practice group content, campaigns, events, and directory submissions to increase client engagement and enhance the personal brands of leading practitioners.
- Build trusted relationships with senior internal stakeholders and Marketing & Business Development (MBD) colleagues to foster a 'one team' global mindset.
- Leverage technology, such as Salesforce, to analyse trends, identify opportunities, track key relationships, and measure the success of initiatives.
- Previous Business Development experience gained within legal or wider professional services such as accountancy or consultancy.
- The ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm.
- Enthusiasm around driving business plans and helping partners achieve growth across their client portfolios.
- Strong commercial awareness across their key areas.
