Senior Accountant

Agility Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing assignments to strict deadlines, reporting to directors or partners, and liaising with relevant departments to ensure compliance work is planned effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Assignment Preparation: Prepare assignments to strict deadlines, including accounts, tax, and briefing notes, and report directly to directors or partners.
- Liaison and Organisation: Liaise with managers and partners to organise assignments, book clients, and allocate staff while complying with the firm's policies and procedures.
- Project Management: Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance work is planned at the right time, using allocated staff and providing supervision.
- Collation and Review: Collate project raw data and summarise it into a suitable format for review, including first draft projections and reports.
- Fee Budgeting: Review work in progress and fee budgets on a monthly basis, reporting variances from billing targets to managers or partners.
We are looking for a qualified ACCA or ACA professional, or a finalist who is eager to develop their skills. If you have a strong background in accounting and audit, and are looking for a challenging role, please apply.
