Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive growth and build lasting partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies aligned with telecom goals, focusing on target sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
- Set and meet sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their telecom needs and providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts for business accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage sales pipeline and use CRM tools to ensure accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
- Analyse market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics and maintain competitiveness.
- Telecoms technical knowledge and expertise.
- Product selling and upselling/cross-selling skills.
- Lead generation and business development experience.
- Strong personality fit with our company culture.
- Competitive salary up to £40,000 (DOE).
- Uncapped commission structure.
- 25 days holiday.
- Remote/hybrid work arrangement with 1/2 days in the office.
