Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Manager to drive growth and build lasting partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B sales strategies aligned with telecom goals, focusing on target sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive growth and expand our customer base.
  • Set and meet sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing their telecom needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Handle negotiations, proposals, and contracts for business accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage sales pipeline and use CRM tools to ensure accurate sales forecasts and reporting.
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics and maintain competitiveness.
Requirements:
  • Telecoms technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Product selling and upselling/cross-selling skills.
  • Lead generation and business development experience.
  • Strong personality fit with our company culture.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary up to £40,000 (DOE).
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • 25 days holiday.
  • Remote/hybrid work arrangement with 1/2 days in the office.
