Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a well-known NHS Trust based in London.
The successful candidate will possess strong employee relations experience within the public sector, preferably NHS, and be able to provide sound advice to managers to help them effectively manage staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of ER cases including disciplinary cases, employee-led complaints, performance management, probation, and sickness absence, in line with Trust Policy and Procedure.
- Provide impartial support and advice to employees.
- Conduct investigations, including disciplinary and grievance investigations, as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Able to present confidently at hearings.
This is a temporary role initially for 12 weeks, but there may be opportunities for extension. The salary for this position is approximately £45,000 per annum.
