Warner Leisure Hotels is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of the Commercial Forecast, from reviewing and challenging gross tariff targets to managing the cost aspects of our significant capital investment programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical support to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of Budget, Forecast, and Risk & Opportunities across Marketing, Revenue Management, and Weekly Reporting.
  • Support month-end accounting for Marketing, including the administration and coordination of marketing teams' POs/Invoices to ensure correct accounting.
  • Account for and manage Marketing Prepayment, carrying out detailed forecast reviews, and liaising with marketing teams.
  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support to ensure data-based decision making.
  • Reconcile guest arrival KPIs and trading information, and liaise between Revenue Management and Ops Finance teams to ensure alignment for Budget, Forecast, and R&O loads/numbers.
  • Deliver commercial/trading information for the month-end Board packs, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of arrival statistics into USALI and other P&L reporting.
  • Deliver monthly ancillary and entertainments analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • An analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines to a high standard.
  • A commercial mindset with experience of managing large and complex data sets.
  • A part-qualified accountant with the ability to work autonomously and within a team.
