Job Title: New Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Development Manager to join our team at The Config Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the software industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
