About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading fire and security company as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Design and quote fire and security systems to meet client needs
  • Work closely with the Group Sales Director to meet sales targets
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Strong understanding of the fire and security industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Based in or near the Midlands and happy with a hybrid working arrangement
