Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our broker distribution arm. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing broker partnerships, building pipelines, and driving growth. You will work closely with our Network business development teams, new business underwriters, and other business areas to achieve your objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage broker partnerships, including overseeing account plans and building pipelines
  • Drive growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
  • Work closely with Network business development teams and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our sector propositions and market-leading specialist insurance products
Requirements
  • Commercial insurance knowledge and experience in a Business Development-style role within the insurance industry
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven performance
