About the Role: As an SEN Support Assistant, you will work in a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons to students with SEND
  • Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with SEND
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues


Requirements: A minimum 2:1 Psychology-related degree from a top 20 UK university and previous experience working with children with SEND is highly desirable. You will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students, guaranteeing a safe environment for all children.

Compensation and Benefits: The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £21,640 - £25,750 per annum, paid on a weekly basis via PAYE. Our team at Ribbons & Reeves provides support and guidance throughout the application process.
