SEND Support Professional

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SEND Support Professional to join our team at Protocol Education. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with vulnerable children who have special needs and possess a social care background.

This role supports specialist students with Social/ Emotional/ Mental Health needs from 16+ years. The successful candidate will be confident with de-escalation strategies and able to handle challenging behaviours effectively.

  • Developing and implementing individualised care plans for each child, ensuring their physical, therapeutic, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Ensuring the health and well-being of children, administering medication as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of each child's progress, behaviour, and incidents.
