  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates
  • Candidate attraction; recruiting, interviewing, and assessing candidates for job roles
  • Maintaining accurate records and adhering to quality procedures and legislation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and databases
