We are seeking an experienced Employment Advisor to join our team. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting programme participants towards sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with programme participants to understand their individual needs.
  • Develop personal action plans to facilitate movement towards further sustainable employment.
  • Collaborate with the local community and employers to identify employment opportunities and support referrals onto the programme.
  • Enable participants to develop valuable work-based skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require strong interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt to different situations, and confidence in engaging with people from diverse backgrounds.
