About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team at Stafforce. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and candidates.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, both with existing and new clients.
  3. Deliver high-quality customer service and support to both clients and candidates.
  4. Recruit, interview, and assess candidates to match with job roles.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients and candidates, ensuring compliance with quality procedures and legislation.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A good standard of general education, including Mathematics and English Language.
  • A driving license and access to a vehicle, as regular travel is required.
