The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Lead Nurse to join our Acute Care at Home Services team for a fixed-term 12-month secondment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of care for our communities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the Quality Agenda, focusing on innovation and evidence-based nursing practice.
  • Provide professional leadership to the clinical team, working closely with the Acute Care at Home Lead ACP and Virtual Ward Matron.
  • Ensure quality planning, assurance, and improvement processes are robust, leading to meaningful, sustainable change.
Key Skills and Qualifications

This role requires a strong background in quality improvement and clinical governance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to demonstrate empathy, equality, persuasion, and reassurance when interacting with patients, staff, and carers.

About the Opportunity

As a Quality Lead Nurse, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of £42,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including:
