About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment assistant to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To visit new and existing clients at their premises to build a clear picture of their needs
  • To identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers, ensuring they match client requirements
  • To deliver a high-quality service in line with company values
  • To work towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience with support from our team
