Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team at Intec Select. As a Senior Business Intelligence Developer, you will be responsible for providing and supporting the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Solution Implementation: Identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress and results, and adapt to competing demands and organisational changes.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Provide leadership to teams and collaborate with senior management to manage resources, timelines, and expectations for deliverables.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.

Core Technical Expertise:

  • Data Warehousing Architecture: Understanding of Data Warehousing architecture, AI & ML tools, and experience of working with NHS data is essential.
  • Advanced Computer Software: Experience of using advanced computer software to create complex statistical queries / data models (e.g., Simul8, SQL, MS Excel) is essential.
  • Self-Service Tools: Experience of providing self-service tools using products like PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView and able to support such a development is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to provide high-quality information, analytical interpretation, and intelligent modelling along with technical knowledge of SQL and Power BI is essential.
  • Leadership and Communication: Exceptional leadership and communication skills with experience of dealing directly with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders is essential.

Interview Process: The interview process will be via MS teams with scope to start the project ASAP.
