We are seeking an exceptional Education Director for SEND and Inclusion to join our team at Leicestershire County Council. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and innovative thinking to drive system-change and deliver better outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the SEND system and the ability to build strong relationships with schools, academies, and MAT chains. They will be responsible for developing mutually beneficial partnerships and driving improvements in the SEND system across Leicestershire.
