Learning Disability Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Learning Disability Nurse to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Wyke. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Produce comprehensive written reports based on nursing assessments and observations
- Work closely with the management team to develop and improve the service
- Attend training and engage in continuing professional development (CPD) to enhance knowledge and promote nursing excellence
- Ensure individual care plans are complete and maintained in accordance with NMC guidelines
- Administer medicines in accordance with healthcare procedures and guidelines
