About the Role
The Senior Principal Writer will be responsible for guiding and supporting the production of outstanding, medically accurate, pharmaceutical and healthcare campaign material that reflects the client's brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and manage the delivery of scientific content for promotional medical communications activities that meet client needs, internal standards, and timelines.
- Lead the copy team and oversee the delivery of copy for major accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and agency counterparts, ensuring trust and respect.
- Provide medical knowledge and expertise across various therapeutic areas and develop expertise in new areas as required.
- Champion processes and tools that make the team more effective and contribute to the development of plans to maximize opportunities for developing the account.
Requirements
- Passionate about medical and copy writing, with excellent communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent understanding of relevant UK and International code, such as ABPI.
- Ability to lead client update meetings and provide professional, client-focused communication at all times.
- Confident presenter with excellent writing skills and the ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner.
