At Oxfordshire County Council, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our Preventative and Restorative Schemes Team.

The successful candidate will have a thorough knowledge of highway maintenance/design and construction materials and techniques. They will be responsible for project management, ensuring programmes of work are delivered on time and within budget, as well as supporting continuous development and training.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The designated work location will be in County Hall, Oxford, although much of the work is anticipated to be able to be carried out whilst agile working.

We offer a range of benefits, including flexible working options, technology to support agile working, up to 33 days holiday per annum, and an enhanced family-friendly policy.
