About the Role
  • Supervise and line-manage a team of Employment Advisors to deliver vocational services.
  • Co-ordinate and integrate vocational services into psychological therapies.
  • Manage your own caseload of service users who wish to return to work.
  • Provide support and guidance to service users to help them achieve their employment goals.
