Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our HubSpot campaigns, execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and effectively handle our social media channels. In this role, you'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create high-performing campaigns that generate leads, engage key accounts, and drive growth in the FinTech/RegTech space.

  • HubSpot Campaign Management:
    • Own the end-to-end execution of HubSpot marketing automation campaigns, including lead generation, email marketing, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
    • Create and optimize targeted, data-driven campaigns using HubSpot's features (e.g., email automation, landing pages, forms, and reporting) to drive leads and revenue.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Campaigns:
    • Design and execute highly-targeted ABM campaigns, focusing on high-value accounts and key decision-makers in financial services, fintech, and FinTech/RegTech sectors.
    • Identify key accounts and segments to target with personalized messaging, content, and outreach strategies across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, ads).
  • Social Media Management:
    • Lead the strategy and execution of social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement with target audiences.
    • Develop and curate content for social media that resonates with our audience, including financial professionals, compliance officers, and industry leaders.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, with a focus on HubSpot and ABM campaign execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, workflows, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing Account-Based Marketing tactics, with a focus on high-value accounts and personalized outreach.
