Main DutiesThe role supports the patient's journey from admission to critical care to the recovery phase. The post holder needs to be a recognised expert in Critical Care and post Critical Care recovery. The responsibilities are varied and cover the CG83 pathway, including making early referrals to multi-disciplinary teams and facilitating follow-up clinics with clinicians.
