Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team as a band 7 Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will have a positive and supportive impact on the patient and loved one's journey during critical care and their recovery period.

Main Duties

The role supports the patient's journey from admission to critical care to the recovery phase. The post holder needs to be a recognised expert in Critical Care and post Critical Care recovery. The responsibilities are varied and cover the CG83 pathway, including making early referrals to multi-disciplinary teams and facilitating follow-up clinics with clinicians.
