Job Title: PPF Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPF Administrator to join our team at Broadstone. As a PPF Administrator, you will play a critical role in the administration of schemes entering the Pension Protection Fund (PPF) and be responsible for providing day-to-day administration services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for allocated PPF clients and ensure that day-to-day administration services are provided to a high standard.
  • Carry out routine administration services for other PPF clients as requested by Senior Administrators, Team Leaders, Pensions Manager, and Pensions Director.
  • Monitor target due dates to ensure service level agreements and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met for PPF clients.
  • Record all PPF client events and time cost work undertaken for billing.
  • Ensure that all work that leaves the team is of a high standard.

Requirements

  • Educated to A level standard.
  • Experience carrying out a similar role with a Third-Party Administrator or In-house occupational pension scheme.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Studying towards APMI or similar PMI examinations.
  • Previous or some working knowledge of PPF processes an advantage but not necessary (full training will be provided).

  • Adhere to all relevant laws & regulations, and Broadstone Policies & Procedures.
  • Achieve a good standard of ethical behaviour, do the right thing at all times.
  • Comply with all relevant professional standards.
  • Comply with the FCA's requirements in relation to the Senior Managers & Certification Regime, Treating Customers Fairly and the new Consumer Duty.
