About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management: Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality projects.
  2. Project Strategy and Pipeline: Develop an in-depth understanding of future project strategies and pipeline to drive business growth and expansion.
  3. Tender Process Management: Manage the operational aspects of the tender process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  4. Team Leadership and Development: Provide comprehensive training programs to enhance staff performance and proficiency, and offer leadership support to teams to foster motivation and growth.
  5. Cost Management: Efficiently manage budgets and costs in alignment with the project planning process to ensure successful project delivery.
  6. Project Updates and Reporting: Act as a critical liaison to senior management and the board of directors, providing regular project updates and ensuring alignment with client and project team's safety, quality, and environmental objectives.
  7. Policy and Procedure Implementation: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project performance, and oversee the implementation of new policies and procedures.
  8. Subcontractor Management: Implement effective management systems throughout the construction process, particularly related to subcontractor management.
