Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Sales Professional to join our team at Iwoca Ltd. As a Financial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a sales pipeline made up of new prospects and re-engaged existing customers.

Your Mission

  1. Sales Pipeline Management: Build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality leads from qualified pools of new and existing customers.
  2. Customer Engagement: Utilise expert sales skills to understand customer needs and tailor your pitch to our market-leading product offering.
  3. Lead Management: Effectively manage your own portfolio of leads, following your own contact strategy.
  4. Revenue Generation: Go above and beyond to hit your KPIs, maximise commission, and exceed growth targets.
  5. Team Collaboration: Liaise with different teams within Iwoca Ltd, such as Account Management, Marketing, and Underwriting, to achieve the best outcome for your customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have past experience in sales, ideally within financial services. You should be comfortable making cold outbound calls and have an excellent call manner.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission based on revenue generated. You will also receive 25 days' holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, and the option to buy or sell additional annual leave. We also offer medical insurance, share options, and a fully paid sabbatical after 4 years.
