Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is a leading provider of luxury elderly care services in the UK, with a portfolio of over 100 care homes across the country.

As a Nursing Director for Senior Care Services, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents, while also supporting the development of our staff team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, preferably in a management position. You will be responsible for providing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring that medication policies and procedures are adhered to, and monitoring the wellbeing of each resident.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Completing regular audits and quality indicator reports
  • Attending weekly clinical meetings and identifying areas for improvement

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £55,000-£65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive access to a range of benefits, including a DBS Disclosure check and eligibility to work in the UK.
